Formerly a stockholder at H&R Retail, Charlie has the industry relationships and local market knowledge to assist in executing a successful retail real estate strategy – whether for store growth or investment/ownership.
The company exclusively represents a number of retail properties, and counts many national, local, and regional retailers as exclusive clients. In addition, a variety of national big-box and chain retailers draw on our expertise to assist them with their expansion plans throughout this market.
