Alamo Drafthouse Cinema

ShopRite has signed a deal to lease the former Superfresh space at Parkway Crossing Shopping Center in Parkville, MD. Paraclete Realty represented them in this deal. They plan to open in August 2012.

Andrea Phelps joined Paraclete Realty in 2011 and primarily specializes in tenant representation throughout the Northern Virginia and DC Markets. She holds a Business Management Degree with a Concentration in Organization, Leadership & Management from Regent University. She is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
 
Prior to joining Paraclete Realty, Andrea worked in the hospitality industry as a Catering Sales Manager negotiating contracts and managing the operations of the catering department. With contracts and negotiating experience she joins the team representing small emerging specialty retailers.
 

The Fresh Market is set to open its Towson, MD store on Wednesday, August 24, 2011. Doors will open at 8:30 a.m. and grand opening activities will include chef demonstrations and food sampling throughout the store. A reusable shopping bag and sample-sized bag of the company’s gourmet coffee will be free to the first 1,000 customers.

El Agave signed a deal for 13,000 square feet at Liberty Station in Bealeton, VA. This location will join their other restaurants in Warrenton and Ruckersville, VA in serving authentic Mexican food.

The Fresh Market in Vienna, VA will be opening on July 20,2011 at 9 AM. Grand opening activites will include chef demostrations and food samplings throughout the store. A reusuable shopping bag and a sample size bag of the company’s gourmet coffee will be free to the first 1,000 customers.
